A protein from a 2D gel spot (not alkylated) was digested with trypsin and analysed on a reflector MALDI-TOF instrument. The instrument is supposed to be capable of 25ppm accuracy, but it has not been used for a very long time and the person who ran the spectrum is a novice. The gel was run as part of a study of baker's yeast, (Saccharomyces Cerevisiae). The data file contains a list of MH+ values
