This search comes from a study of mouse proteins. After some complex isolation steps, target proteins were separated on a 1D gel and each slice searched separately.

Data

If using Mascot, just click on the Search selected button in the result report to re-search with different parameters.

To use a different search engine, or if you want to start from scratch, right-click this link: MSMS8.mgf, and choose Save to file
